Dheeraj Pandey is an Indian-born American entrepreneur, CEO, and philanthropist. As the Chairman and CEO of DevRev Inc., a SaaS company focused on AI-driven software and customer engineering workflows, Dheeraj pioneers innovation. Previously, he co-founded Nutanix, Inc. and served as its CEO until December 2020.

Dheeraj holds a B.Tech in Computer Science from IIT Kanpur and an M.S. in Computer Science from University of Texas, Austin. He is also a board member of Adobe Inc.

Alongside his wife, Swapna Pandey, he founded Param Hansa Philanthropies, aiming to enhance human life through science and tech-driven initiatives. Their foundation's inaugural commitment of $10M to UT Austin in 2020 bolstered computational oncology research. With his vast tech industry experience and philanthropic vision, Dheeraj drives Param Hansa Philanthropies towards global impact.

Amit Kumar   

Investment Professional, Co-founder & CIO - Param Hansa Values

Amit Kumar is the Chief Investment Officer at Param Hansa Values, focused on private and public investments primarily in healthcare and technology industry. His investment interests are in semiconductors, software, life sciences, and biotech. Previously, Amit co-managed over $2 billion in U.S. equity funds at Columbia Threadneedle for over six years. Over two decades of investing career, Amit has invested in high quality companies with strong product leadership across semiconductor chip design, capital equipment, enterprise software, robotic surgery, and gene therapy.

Prior to his financial career, Amit worked in the tech industry for nearly a decade. He holds an MBA from Columbia Business School, New York, and a B.Tech in Chemical Engineering from IIT (BHU).

Rakesh Kumar   

Director - Operations

Rakesh Kumar is the Director of Operations with Param Hansa Values. With nearly three decades of experience in both non-profit and for-profit sectors, Rakesh oversees the business processes to ensure productivity and efficiency.

A professional social worker, Rakesh holds training from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), Mumbai, and is a distinguished fellow of the Packard-Gates Population Leadership Program at the University of Washington, Seattle. He also oversees global operations for Param Hansa Philanthropies, the Family Foundation of Swapna and Dheeraj Pandey.

Shashikala N   

Associate Manager - Operations

With over a decade of experience in the taxation domain, Shashikala is a Commerce graduate with MBA and CA-IPCC. As a member of the operations team of Param Hansa Values, she oversees the compliances relating to the taxes and fund accounting. Her proficiency in record-to-report (R2R) processes, tax return preparation, and compliance with tax regulations strengthens the operations at PHV.

Subham Agarwal   

Associate Analyst – Research

MBA, IIM Calcutta | CEMS MIM | BBA (Finance), NMIMS

Subham is part of the Research team at Param Hansa Values, having transitioned from a successful 2024 summer internship into a full-time role. He brings a strong foundation in finance and strategy, supported by a CEMS MIM dual degree, a BBA in Finance from NMIMS, and CFA Level I certification.

With prior experience co-leading an education-focused NGO, Subham combines a problem-solving mindset with strategic thinking. An avid reader and traveler, he approaches equity research with curiosity and purpose.

Utkarsh Tyagi   

Associate Analyst – Research

MBA, IIM Calcutta | MTech & BTech, IIT Kharagpur

Utkarsh is part of the Research team at Param Hansa Values, where he focuses on equity research and market insights. He brings prior experience in deal-making and corporate due diligence, enriching the analytical rigor of his work. A football enthusiast and non-fiction reader, Utkarsh combines strategic thinking with a team-oriented, disciplined approach to problem-solving.

Roopa Naik   

Associate Manager – Operations

Roopa brings over six years of experience in fund accounting, having worked with leading financial institutions prior to joining Param Hansa Values. As part of the Operations team, she plays a key role in managing fund accounting and related processes.

Known for her sincerity and focus, Roopa combines hands-on expertise in financial products with a commitment to accuracy and operational excellence.
